Spring Hill Electrical Contractor helps bring new talent to the trades in Hernando County

Spring Hill electrical contractor teams and other trades often struggle to find help with basic skills. A team of community and business leaders in Hernando County are out to change that.

Taddeo Electric, Inc’s founder, Vinnie Camenzuli, works with former School Board Member, Mark Johnson, to bring T-Volt to life. T-Volt is a community-supported trade school. Its mission is to support specialty training for trades.

Serving the Brooksville-area, T-Volt currently focuses on electrical, plumbing, and construction training. This serves an urgent need in Hernando County for new skilled labor, as the construction market continues to thrive.

Central Florida currently struggles with a rapid increase in the age of skilled trades workers. Camenzuli says, “We need more new blood in the industry…I want to help them.”

Camenzuli’s more than 25 years in the electrical world has taught him the value of skilled trade and he wants to help bring those opportunities to Hernando’s workers.

Vinnie came out and did an assessment on our new home purchase. He listen to my ideas for renovations and gave sound advice for me to work with. He did not try to sell services I did not need at the time. Very professional and friendly, as we move forward I will use Taddeo as my electrical contractors with no hesitation.

Thank Vinnie
